. 专 家 共 识 .颈椎病的分型、诊断及非手术治疗 专家共识【摘要】颈椎外科是脊柱外科领域十分活跃的临床学科，同时也是焦点、热点比较突出的临床 学科。颈椎病的外科治疗目前已在各级医院得到较广泛开展。为了进一步规范颈椎病的诊断及临床 治疗，中华外科杂志编辑部组织有关专家，在《中华外科杂志》分别于1984 年、1992 年和2008 年发表 的颈椎病专题座谈会纪要有关内容的基础上，根据近年来国内外相关研究的进展并结合具体临床实 际，对于颈椎病的分型、诊断及非手术治疗问题进行了深入讨论。经过对基本共识的归纳和争议问题 的梳理，形成了本共识。这一共识进一步明确了颈椎病的定义及诊断原则，对颈椎病的分型及诊断标 准进行了修订和完善，提出了颈椎病非手术治疗的基本原则和基本疗法。本共识仅作为学术性指导 意见。【关键词】 颈椎病；诊断标准；非手术治疗The experts consensus on the classification,diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of cervical spondylisis(2018) Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of SurgeryCorresponding author:Yang Ziming,Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Surgery,Beijing 100710,China, Email:yangzm@cma.org.cn【Abstract 】 Cervical spine surgery with many focus and heated topics has gained increasing attention in the field of spine surgery.The surgical treatment has been widely adopted for routine treatment of cervical spondylosis in the various hospitals.According to the progressive research in recent years,the Editorial Ofice of Chinese Journal of Surgery convened related experts and organized in-depth discussions to standardize the diagonosis,classification and non-surgical treatment of cervical spondylosis,based on the summary of symposiums focusing on cervical spine,published in Chinese Journal of Surgery in 1984,1992 and 2008 respectively.The consensus was finally reached following the summary of the basic concepts and controversial issues,which included increased accuracy in the definition and treatment principles of cervical spond...
